Bug#826838: ‘ipsilon’ packaging work

Howdy Marlin,

How is the work progressing on the ‘ipsilon’ package for Debian?

At ‘mentors.debian.net’ the latest source package control file is
<URL:https://mentors.debian.net/debian/pool/main/i/ipsilon/ipsilon_1.2.0-debian1.dsc>.

Did you manage to build that source package in an up-to-date Debian
unstable chroot environment?

The package declares “Depends: python-ipalib”, but that package is not
in Debian's unstable suite.

So I don't think this package has built successfully in a Debian
‘unstable’ chroot, which is a fatal barrier.

I see the package declares the packaging VCS is a Git repository at
<URL:https://pagure.io/ipsilon.git>. But the newest commit there is
older than the above source package, so I guess this has not been
resolved.

What is your plan to progress this?
