Hi Hans,
I'm a freelance designer in San Francisco, CA and recently came across your Linkedin profile :). I noticed you freelance also.
I'm working on a side project that helps freelance developers create and e-sign solid work contracts, use smart invoices, and generally just simplify their life. I've wasted time and had issues with contracts and payments before and built this to help.
