Bug#689573: (no subject)

After Kallithea forked from RhodeCode, some data changed:

Package name : kallithea
Version : 0.3.2
Upstream Author : kallithea@sfconservancy.org
URL : https://kallithea-scm.org/
License : GPL-3
Programming Lang: Python
Description : management tool for Mercurial and Git

The describe it as follows: "Kallithea is a fast and powerful
management tool for Mercurial and Git with a built in push/pull
server, full text search and code-review."

It seems, that the Kallithea source contains a lot of embedded
JS libraries. Fortunately, almost all of them are already in
Debian. The missing one, mergely from http://www.mergely.com/,
can be embedded in the package and separated later, IMHO.

What is the state of the packaging effort?
