 Emoji is a Go library which provides a lightweight implementation
 for converting colon-wrapped emoji names such as :smile: into
 Unicode characters.

Rationale:

 Required by the upcoming Hugo version 0.16, which adds a new "emojify"
 template function, e.g., {{ "I :heart: Hugo" | emojify }} produces
 "I ❤️ Hugo".
