There are multiple such packages. The ‘bsdgames’ package installs an ‘adventure’ command that is a derivative Adventure implementation. I have worked with the ‘bsdgames’ package maintainer to avoid this conflict, with a successful outcome. That package now “Provides: adventure” and uses the Debian alternatives system to ensure the command can be switched to a different implementation. This code base provides a more “fundamental” implementation; the program behaviour and content is much closer to the original Adventure program.
