Hi William,
I'm no longer maintaning packages within Debian, nor am an official
Developer (thus can't sponsor any uploads) anymore,
but the package is Orphaned, so if you're interested in maintaining
it, the steps you need to follow are:
* Reply to this thread with a new subject clarifying that you have the
intention to adopt this package [0]
* Replace the current maintainer name with your own
* When repackaging `wtop`, add an entry in the `debian/changelog`
file notifying that you're the new
maintainer and closing this bug (ie: * New maint (closes #nnnn) )
* Also, perhaps you might want to get in touch with Eriberto [1],
since he did some work with the `wtop` package.
