git-build-recipe takes a "recipe" which specifies several Git branches
to combine in a certain fashion as input for a Debian-format source
package, and provides the resulting branch as output.

This is a translation to git of bzr-builder
(https://launchpad.net/bzr-builder), and it's used to implement
https://help.launchpad.net/Packaging/SourceBuilds for git.  It's useful
for people to be able to install this locally so that they can easily
reproduce what Launchpad does with their recipe, and perhaps people will
find other uses for it too.
