I'm interested in seeing this in Debian as well.  Please feel free to let me 
know if you need any help with the Qt5/Qmake aspects of the package.  Please 
do build it with Qt5, not Qt4, because Qt4 is no longer supported by upstream 
(Qt) and we are trying to minimize dependence on it in Stretch.
