Bug#775512: with steamcmd would you be also able to register/make a new account ?

Dear Alexandre,
I am/was only looking for a way to register or make an account with
steam, nothing else. But as shared on
https://github.com/dgibbs64/SteamCMD-Commands-List/blob/master/steamcmdcommands.txt
there doesn't seem to be a way to do that :(

Look forward to know more.
