Bug#803413: why I changed the proposed package name

gcp-cups-connector (original idea)
- vague because gcp is ambiguous

google-cloud-print-cups-connector (another idea)
- too long; resulting package filename was 81 characters (lintian warning)
- package name and description were the same (lintian error)
  "Google Cloud Print CUPS Connector"

google-cloud-print-connector (final idea)
- most Debian users print with CUPS; remove the most obvious part
- leave package description; slightly more descriptive than package name
