Well, one can see that qemuctl has aged and is probably near its end of its lifecycle.
Upstream is also very quiet so the best idea would be to file an RM-type bug instead of
an RFA. However, has a inst popcon of around 500, so maybe this frontend is still of
use for someone -- so that someone shold get the change to adopt this package.

(On the other side, if noone steps up, I will ask for removal in -- say -- 6 months)

The package's repository is on collab-maint.

(For the procedure: Just ITA this and be happy.. no need to ask)
