I'd be happy to co-maintain it, or just help if you wish to have the lead. I have cloned both the master MathJAX git (2.5.3) and the anonscm debian mathjax projects...but not gone further.  --Kris

Are you still going to adopt mathjax? Do you have commit access to the Git
repository?

I will be fine with co-maintaining it together with you, in case you want that.
