SleepyHead is an open-source, cross platform, sleep tracking software with a focus on monitoring CPAP treatment.

It includes support for several CPAP machines and oximeters, mostly from vendors from the English-speaking world. The SleepyHead wiki ( http://sleepyhead.sourceforge.net/wiki/ ) also mentions that support for Weinmann machines is planned.

I'm not sure if the package would fit into an existing team. SleepyHead is intended for patients.
