Bug#712838: RFP: gnss-sdr -- An Open Source Global Navigation Satellite System Software Defined Receiver

Dear Ruben,

thanks so much for your interest and kind offering. I'm working on the packaging at

http://anonscm.debian.org/cgit/pkg-hamradio/gnss-sdr.git

The 'master' branch of the git repo now contains gnss-sdr version 0.0.5 and the debian folder with the packaging stuff. It works fine for me in creating a package, tested with debian jessie on i386, amd64 , armel, armhf and arm64. Any suggestion for improving the package will be very welcome!

Best regards,
Carles

Hi Carles,

How is the packaging work for gnss-sdr going? I wanted to make a debian package of it as well, but then I saw that you've already started! I'm not a Debian Developer, but I'm already maintaining a handful of packages with the help of some sponsors - so I've been through the loop before (which can be quite hard the first times if you ask me). I'm more than willing to be a co-maintainer of the package in case you would like that. Do you keep the packaging work in some git branch somewhere?

Good luck! Tell me if you need some assistance!

Thanks for your work on gnss-sdr!

Best regards,
Ruben
