Description : Python bindings for LLVM for writing JIT compilers

llvmlite [1] is a lighweight Python binding for the LLVM compiler infrastructure,
written for the specific requirements of a JIT compiler (just-in-time compilation
to native machine instructions). It's developed as requirement for Numba [2],
but could be used also independently (see examples/).

This is going to be maintained within DPMT, the binaries are going to be
python-llvmlite and python3-llvmlite.
