Just smile. Your first ITP was and is fine.
Second ITP had copy-and-paste-errors in subject and package name
Third ITP had copy-and-paste-error in subject
Fourth, fifth and sixth ITP are good.
You are doing fine.
The only way to make no mistakes is doing nothing.
Doing nothing has two big DISadvantages:
* learning nothing
* nothing happens
