For what is worth. From https://packages.debian.org/stretch/python-django-mumble
are these strings:

  Package: python-django-mumble (2.13-1)

  Mumble-Server config application for Django

  mumble-django is a Django web interface application
  that configures a Murmur server.


Thing I want to say:

  Cool that mailman3 is being packaged for Debian.

  When I did read  "django web user interface",
  I couldn't resist to tell that "django-mumble" exists.

  I don't known how knowledge from that packaging can be used,
  I just hope that sharing this information helps.
