Bug#724738: sflowtool: changing from RFP to ITP
This is just an update to say I have uploaded my sflowtool packaging (gbp) repo
to:
https://github.com/rowanthorpe/sflowtool
so that even if it never gets any traction at Debian Official others can still
use it.
