I saw the package you uploaded to mentors. At minimum, you need to fix
these lintian complaints:

source-contains-prebuilt-java-object
source-contains-prebuilt-javascript-object

Please also ask upstream to remove the prebuilt files from their git repository.

The Vcs-* fields in the package are wrong, they should point at the
Debian VCS. For the upstream repository you can add an upstream
metadata file:
