What is the procedure to close old RFP bugs?

Hi.

It seems to me more than a few RFP bugs are very old and very unlikely to be happilly resolved. Do you have any procedure in place to mark those as "wont fix" and then close those? By example, bug #494921, "RFP: ttf-jgaramond -- Garamond-like font"[1] is, imho, very unlikely to ever become a Debian package et should be closed. In fact, all RFP older than 1000 days and with no activity since 300 could probably be safely closed. This will make for a leaner wnpp database, and hopefuly, one that is of better quality. Furthermore, this would not prevent an identical bug to be reopened if the need for a particular software is real.
