Bug#673238: ITP: ceres-solver -- nonlinear least square minimizer

Hi,

I intend to bring ceres-solver back to Debian, the package is almost
ready. It builds against the suitesparse packages currently in NEW
that will finally fix the problem mentioned on the ceres-solver
homepage.
