This is a native package to resolve bug #664457 [1].
It provides 4 binary packages that do almost exactly the same thing:
during installation they download star catalogues from sf.net
and install them in a system global directory that is searched by
stellarium. The files are removed when the package is removed.

Note that URL of the package VCS does not work yet, as debian-astro
is in the state of being probably formed. The current package build is
at mentors [2].
