Bug#740296: SimpleITK

Hi,

> You are referring to versioning of the tar balls found on SourceForge?
http://sourceforge.net/projects/simpleitk/files/SimpleITK/
Yes.

The numbering is only important for releases, at least I will not package anything else.

A typical watch file entry for sourceforge looks like

  http://sf.net/yourproject/yourproject-([\d.]+)\.tar\.xz

which means releases with rc, pre, .post etc. will be ignored. It is no problem to add *-release, *-post, etc if it is always there. I just added the Semantic Versioning link, because someone else on debian-med posted it, and it seems like a good idea :)

Considering that I will not have time before Easter to work on this, it will be completely sufficient if you upload the 0.8.0 and the following releases accordingly.

Many thanks
Gert
