Bug#773742: ITP: iortcw -- Return to Castle Wolfenstein

> local hack

It worked perfectly ! I see that the game "plutonia" also accepts two different md5sums
( supported/plutonia )

I only played the MP game for debugging IORTCW; I have not much experience here;

I guess users expect the server to be in rtcw-server :-)

>>> I might move it into rtcw-common for manual use

Packages should be optimised for most common natural use;
if someone want to do something fancy he can allways overide/mask the default service.

There exists cases where an "config-only" package is needed though,
because some other packages in the archive depends on the bare engine
(and can't modify some otherpackage's config by policy)
and other on the engine + config:

*) bcron-run -> bcron (to make it co-exist with vixie-cron)
*) dnsmasq -> dsnmasq-base (I use only #-base when I need a hotspot for my NDS)

I don't know nothing about this :-|
