Phrase structure rules are one of analysis methods for natural languages
proposed by the linguist, Noam Chomsky. This program parses given sentences
into phrase structures based on the Latent Annotated Probabilistic Context
Free Grammer (PCFG-LA).

Phrase structure parsing can be used for some natural language processings
such as phrase extractions, semantic analysis and machine translations.
