Bug#771843: Preliminary linuxptp packaging available

Hi,

preliminary packaging is available via git:

http://tikei.de/git/linuxptp-debian.git

A source package created out of this, as well as and amd64 binary
package, is available here:

http://tikei.de/debian/linuxptp/

The next steps are systemd integration for ptp4l and phc2sys and
corresponding config files in /etc/default.
