I suggest capitalizing "Free".

These points are superfluous in the context of Debian.  I suggest simply 
dropping them from the Debian package description.

Remember if you include this in the package description to revisit 
periodically and update/drop when state of the program changes.  
Personally I would avoid such paragraph (unless it is a warning that it 
does _not_ work reliably), as my experience is that I forget to revisit 
later.
