İmproving the information about debian.

Hi, debian team. My name is Fetiye esin Yakın. I am living in Turkey at izmir. I want to get help for my issue.My issue is related with my closer friend. He is the user of debian and free user system . He is very interested in that. He is a student of IZTECH (Izmir Instıtute of Technology ). He is studying in Chemical engineering departmant.However, He is not interested in that departmant .Hence, he always want to break up with university. I always encourage him to develop himself in that way which is free user system. He always afraid of leave the collage and have a new way .Because, our country does not give a oppurtunity of that topics. I want to get help from your company . How he can improve himself in that way ? How it is possible . He is not a good way for her future. Thank you for reading my email.
