Upstream description:

	This package provides development internals of BlogLiterately
	tool, allowing you write blog posts in Markdown format, then
	use it to do syntax highlighting, format ghci sessions, and
	upload to any blog supporting the metaWeblog API (such as
	Wordpress)

	This package is made avaliliable to make customization
	possible, in particular, to create your own executable which
	adds extra custom transformations.

In short: it is awesome utility(imho), that allows to publish articles
from console, without browser and javascript at all. It also can
highlight code and interact with ghci. As far, as I know, it is the
only of its kind, I use and plan to maintain it. I will need a sponsor
to upload it.
