Bug#752546: Any progress with packaging bro?

After packaging btest and binpac and patching around in the bro build
system a bit, I have gotten everything to build -- and created what I
consider proper packages.

I am uploading those now.

The package is split into:

- bro, the binary (and not much else),
- bro-scripts, all the architecture independent parts that are needed /
  useful for running bro,
- bro-doc, the HTML documentation

I have created repositories at
<git://anonscm.debian.org/collab-maint/{bro,btest,binpac}.git> and would
very much like it if we could maintain the packages together.
