Skype4py has been removed because of no upstream support. Now seems to be new upstream authors are taking care of it

Following up from the (old) discussion on debian-devel I'm closing this ITP because I think that debian shouldn't support skype-related packages in the archive (everybody is free to manually install them).

There are many OS alternatives, proprietary protocols should be avoided as much as possible
