Hi,

There are two ITPs for lm4tools. I'm merging them both. Since the one
from  Zygmunt Krynicki was filed over a year ago with no activity since
then, I'm using the one from Agustin Henze as the basis for the merge.
However, please talk to each other if you both want to maintain it (e.g.
in a team).
