Description: The trust router establishes a DH key between two RADIUS
servers to protect a RADIUS over TLS session. GSS-API authentication is
used between to securely establish this key. The trust router provides
a trusted-third-party to manage connections between RADIUS realms and to
provide information constraining what connections are permitted.
The trust router is used to connect Moonshot Service providers to
Identity Providers.
