* Package name    : python-pyvmomi
  Version         : 5.5.0-2014.1
  Upstream Author : Shawn Hartsock <hartsocks@vmware.com>
* URL             : https://github.com/vmware/pyvmomi

  Programming Lang: Python
  Description : Python bindings for the VMware vSphere Web Services SDK

 pyVmomi is the Python SDK for the VMware vSphere API that allows you to
 automate actions on VMware ESX, ESXi, and vCenter servers.

I open sourced this package during my time at VMware and am now working
with the current upstream maintainer to get a Debian package going. The
upstream maintainer does not intend to be an uploader at least for now.

Thanks!

This is already packaged in Debian, see

Thus closing the bug.
