Cowlib provides libraries for parsing and building messages for
various Web protocols, including SPDY, HTTP and Websocket.

It is optimized for completeness rather than speed. No value is
ignored, they are all returned.

Cowlib will be needed by erlang-cowboy 0.10.0. I have already sent a
request for joining the LeoFS team and hopefully I will be able to
bring this package under the team's umbrella.
