Mirrorbits is a geographical download redirector written in Go for
distributing files efficiently across a set of mirrors using rsync
and/or FTP. It is primarily designed for the distribution of large-scale
open-source projects generating a lot of traffic.

This software is already used in production at VideoLAN to distribute
VLC media player.
