Consider removing the program's name from its short description: it's
not needed there -- the user already knows the package's name by the
time they read its description.

If this paragraph is really a part of the long description please

implementation and licensing issues: the user is supposed to know
nothing about dtach so the description should probably not be
comparative. Boasting seems inappropriate as well.
