New stable release of the ClanLib SDK, a game framework (GUI / Network /
2D-3D Display / Sound / whatever).
This new version of ClanLib doesn't share it's API with the previous
version. Then it doesn't replace it but brings with it a lot of new
features and code improvement.

Dear all,

I no longer intend to package ClanLib for Debian.

Reasons are:
 - I'm no longer using it
 - I'm no longer coding in C++
 - I don't have the knowledge, nor the time×interest×energy to acquire
it, to make a proper, clean, good quality Debian package.

If someone is still interested in this lib, some work has been done here
in Debian-Games team's repositories:

git://git.debian.org/git/pkg-games/libclanlib2.git

I mentioned the remaining problems in my previous mail.

Officially, upstream only supports amd64 architecture. The package works
on sse2 capable i386 architectures but the software renderer is
practically unusable without those extensions.
Using multilib so that the lib wouldn't crash on non-sse2 processors was
my intention.

Anyone interested in packaging clanlib is welcome to contact me for any
request for information.

Regards,
