Digging through the dependencies of Silex, I made a list of Symfony2 Components missing in Debian. Already packaged are four. Those are: [1] event-dispatcher [2] routing [3] finder [4] process (finder and process are needed for tests, only) Two are missing as runtime dependencies: http-foundation http-kernel An other 14 are required to run tests: browser-kit config css-selector debug dom-crawler form locale monolog-bridge options-resolver security serializer translation twig-bridge validator This is just a list of the Symfony2 Components missing. There of course are more besides them. I intend to delay my work on Silex till a way is figured out how to get (and maintain) such a number of new Symfony2 packages into (and in) Debian.
