Nvidia recently introduced a setuid:root tool to ease loading the nvidia
kernel modules and create corresponding device nodes. Using this tool
now seems mandatory: #745715

Instead of shipping the prebuilt binary (included in the driver blob) we
will re-compile it from source (like nvidia-settings and -xconfig).
Package will be maintained by the Debian NVIDIA Maintainers and placed
in contrib.
