* Package name: cgroupfs-mount
  Version: 1.0
* URL: https://github.com/tianon/cgroupfs-mount
* License: GPL-2+
  Description: sets up cgroupfs mount hierarchy at boot time

The majority of this package source came from Ubuntu's "cgroup-lite"[1] (with Serge's permission[2]), since there doesn't exist a good analog to that package in Debian (each package needing a cgroupfs hierarchy mounted has custom code to do so in init scripts, and in some cases, this is causing unnecessary failures[3] that we can easily avoid with a tiny package like this cgroupfs-mount).
