Phyutility performs simple analyses for phylogenetics on data matrices
and phylogenetic trees. It can reroot, prune, convert, and calculate
some statistics on trees. It can also concatenate, parse, and trim data
matrices. Phyutility will be maintained as part of the Debian Med team.
