Bug#739640: This seems to be a different package than pencil2d

Hi all,
I am an interested user in pencil2d. I was just going through
wnpp.debian.net when I saw the result

This bug seems to be a different software and package altogether (or
is it a fork ?)

Can Daniel Aleksandersen  (the person who has filed the RFP) share
some light please.
