Twython is a Python wrapper for the Twitter client API, supporting
both the normal and streaming APIs.  Features include:

- Image Uploading:
    - Update user status with an image

There is already a Twitter client library in the archive under the
name 'python-twitter', but this one has a more streamlined programming
interface, is more actively maintained, and most importantly, it
supports Python 3.
