This package is now a (Build-)Depends on the popular RCmdr GUI for R (in
package r-cran-rcmdr, and part of Debian since August 2003).  

Tcl/Tk is a trusted cross-platform toolkit used by a few R packages; RCmdr
now uses some of the tklib extensions.
