Sure, I'm building on Ubuntu saucy, I think some tcl/tk multiarch work was done. Ruby tries reading /usr/lib/tclConfig.sh directly - which doesn't work so well if that file just sources another. Specifying the real tcl/tk directory "fixes" it.
