Just to be clear, making sure we're on the same page: I'm certainly not proposing changing the name of the actual program; I'm only proposing changing the name of the package. For comparison, a program which upstream calls 'calc' is available in the package name 'apcalc', even though there is no package named 'calc'. (I don't recall whether or not there used to be.)
