This dictionary contains Tibetan wordlist for the hunspell
spellchecker (currently supported by Mozilla and OpenOffice).
It works at syllable level (not composed words), the valid 
syllables being extracted from the Bod rgya tshik mdzod chen mo
dictionary, removing sanskrit.
