suitable for remote management
hcron is a new member of the cron family of periodic command
schedulers with some distinguishing features: instead of using
a single crontab file, hcron uses hierarchically organized, plain
text files containing name=value settings to define events;
whereas standard cron programs run all commands locally,
hcron expressly supports remote execution; email notification
may be requested upon execution of scheduled commands.
