I just forwarded your concern to the upstream and here is a reply from
the upstream author [1], can you mention your concerns directly to
author on the thread?. If not let me know here on this thread and I
will forward it to upstream.

I have just choosen the upstream name even though I know its
misleading just because font is popular with this name (At first I
went to wrong page because of this name). If upstream changes the name
I'm happy to adopt it.
